Do you mean “polycarbonate”?

With proper coating, it makes good eyeglass lenses, but, as a thermoplastic, does not lend itself to use as a plastic for embedding structural fibers.

We don't have any use for "more strength" in the matrix. Current resins stick the fibers together and have failure strains 2 to 4 times the fiber failure strains...

Next, how would you apply it? Iron it in?
