Today we're seeing a rash of spam in user's private messages. The offending account has already been banned, but many of the messages remain. If you receive a spam private message or spam message on your profile page, please look under the user's name. If it says "banned", there is no need to report it; you can just delete the message yourself. If it says "registered user", then go ahead and report it and then delete the messages, and one of the moderators will ban the offending account.
