I just followed a Google search to the RotaryEng.net site, and the domain seems to now be defunct. Sometimes this is just an oversight on the part of the domain owner, sometimes it is more serious.
Content there is still findable via the Wayback Machine archive (most recent snapshot of the site, Dec 2019), but it's not as easy to access.
I learned a lot from Paul and his site. We've all got strong opinions on various things, him too, but he has been a longtime and strong proponent of the Wankel for aviation use.
