I am in a need for public brainstorming.

While waiting for some tube form manufacturer and ways how to make sky-ranger oficially more friendly for bigger boys:

( Boy in black jascket is ok, just need some U cut in his head. But the one with yellow boots need more space really. )

I do got some reply from our local ciaa - New wing meant new airplane :) So now, not in this early life...

But - we can make skin as we want. This is a basic structure:

Wing is made from two tubes, 70 and 52 mm in diameter, spaced 1100mm from tube centers. Each tube is 4200mm long.

I can make wind panels in ~ 1100mm length with 4 - 6 internal stiffeners And some half ribs. But how to mount / connect then on spar tubes ? Some lip on false ribs + sealant ? Strips around ribs as in avid flyer ?
