The situation is that the kit will either go to a good home for a
fantastic price (just need an offer).
Health issues have prompted the need for the plane to be gone before
March 15th at the very latest.
I have 3 people including yourself who are interested.
Absolutely, "every" offer will be considered. As said if the plane is
not gone by March 15th it will be trashed.
It is my friend who owns it, and I am doing my best to help him find a
home for the plane.
Again the plane is stored in Santa Ana, CA

2. It has been stored in a heated/cooled area always. Room temperature
3. The "only" items missing are i) engine ii) instruments iii) the wheels (just wheels)
4. "everything else is there... all of it... instructions ... everything
5. Also comes with all rolls of fiberglass that would be needed.
The price will be whatever you feel "would be best"... to give it a good home.
