While I applaud anyone's efforts to make it in the world of UL aircraft, this is yet another attempt to change the laws of aerodynamics: He claims a stall speed of 25 MPH, with a wing loading of 7.4 lbs/sq.ft. He is asking the FAA and everyone else to believe that a wing like his (presumably it has flaps, though it isn't mentioned) can achieve a lift coefficient of over 4.6, while the rest of us struggling with only 2.0 or so for our simple flapped wings.

Maybe it's a case of bending the ASI pointer to indicate whatever stall speed you're aiming at.....?
