Nose Gear Geometry: How do I analyze this?

This is a simplified drawing of my proposed nose gear.

'A' is the wheel axle. line 'DB' is a shock absorber (750 pounds per inch). 'EF' is the strut, which is to be steerable. Point 'E' is fixed (riveted or bolted), while the other points are pinned (free to rotate).

'AC' and 'CE' are to be rigid pieces. The ratio of lengths 'AC'/'BC' is 3.0, so the peak load on the shock absorber will be 750 pounds.

According to Pazmany, the peak load on the nose gear will be about 250 pounds, which would be acting downward on point 'F'.

Now, I know how to analyze a simple beam structure, and could probably muddle my way through a truss with rigid joints, but I am having trouble getting my rusty brain wrapped around this structure with the shock absorber and rotating joints.

How do I analyze this for the amount of stress so I can size the components?
