New VTOL Skyfly Axe - some good ideas...?

I just found this new vtol from a UK magazine source on Facebook. The Axe is a quadrotor vtol with fixed wings. Apparently the neither the motors or wings moved on this one. there are other vtols that do this but this configuration appears more 'sorted' to me. Also, it has an option of a Rotron wankel engine generator. Anyway, here's the site and a video of it flying (unmanned though).
