Looking for supplier of narrow wheels. Goodyear and Michelin offer 16 x 4.4 wide tiers. Sourcing of the shelve suitable rim to be used as main undercarriage seems challenging. Any advice appreciated.

If you know of Narrower 16" diameter which support 2000 lb say 100 knots any info appreciated.

Are you wanting spoke type rims? 16 inch is pretty common in motorcycles and you can get that size in lighter aluminum. Different widths too.

Isn't 16 the od? I'd take a guess that this would want something like an 8x3 rim. Many if not most machine shops would be able to make something like that from billet. Probably easiest to find wheels from aircraft that have it as standard size, though.

Ask the tyre manufacturer. I've seen many wheels made by tyre companies. They may well have a list of suitable wheels if they don't make them.

Thank for the input. The wheel well has limited deeps due to the thin wings hance the inquiry.
