    Hi gang,

Work on my workshop is progressing. Last weekend I made a couple of trips to the dump with stuff I didn't realize I still had but don't need. I had forgotten how much room I have inside the garage.

Today I install PVC conduit from the house to the garage for electrical wiring and a telephone wire. Got to be able to sit at the workbench and talk on the phone to order stuff for the plane, don't ya know. After I get electricity out there, the insulation will go in and then.............

The big change has taken place at work which clears the way to ordering my Classic IV. Another week or two for the dust to settle and "Hello Kitfox".

Sounds like your workshop is coming right along. Hope your wire pulling through the conduit goes better than mine. I had further to go, but it's fun at any length. Make sure you use wire pulling lube, makes a big difference. Another thought might be to keep your phone cable outside the electrical cable conduit. Just use the direct burial stuff. Costs a bit more, but you can lay it in the trench right next to the conduit. Here I had to do that, or at least have two seperate conduits. Good luck!

Thanks Nozz, it's ok to call you Nozz right. I've got the cabling in and hooked up. Pulled threw with no problem. I've got all the interor wiring roughed in and start insulating. Even put in the air conditioner into the back window, but that'll be changed to an air conditioner/heater before winter sets in.

The kit should be arriving around mid-October, but the shop won't be finished by then. Still have the roof to do, lighting to put in, workbench to build, plus who knows what else.

    Cool, Chester!

...can I get an ICAO identifier from ya?

There are 3 airports in CT that loosely fit the description.

I will be the guy in the Lycoming hat!

    See you there!

Correct. It is an Avid but I don't know the model. I'm just using it until I finish my faravid from Airdale.
