    @Toolbuilder after doing some reading, it seems that if you want to ignore someone, XF believes you and you don't see them or their posts. I have not seen any settings for ignore a member. If you need to see that they posted, it appears you will have to not put them on the ignore list and just use your mental ignore.

    Can you point to an app for that?

    Hi,
    I just have to say that after using the new forum for a bit, I'm a big fan. It works extremely smoothly. Still a bit of eye-strain with the small text (it was obviously designed by some 20-somethings), but overall, very impressive.

    Funny everybody's complaining about small text, I don't see that. And (maybe it depends on your browser), I can two finger zoom to make it any size I want.

    Could be? The text in posts looks pretty normal now but the menu pages are still minuscule and the little blue "new post" button is microscopic. It takes some deft mouse work to hit the new post button. I keep the new site limited to about a 10 inch square window to keep everything inside a comfortable scan angle.

    There must be a setting in the new software to let us choose the font size?

    WIn 8.1 and 10 with Firefox.

    You don't need the little blue new post button, clicking on the thread title does the same thing now. I'm not sure why the button is even there.

    Because I like things the way I like things, I added a few additional styles to my custom stylesheet so the post-control functionality is more apparent to me if I care to act on a post. @admin please feel free to take the styles and add them to your master stylesheet if you like. Note: only tested locally in Chrome.

    Code:
    /* Homebuilt Airplanes Stylesheet */
    .privateControls span.item {padding: 4px;}
    .privateControls a.OverlayTrigger {padding: 3px 5px; border: 1px solid #ccc;}
    .publicControls {margin: 5px;}
    .publicControls a.LikeLink span.LikeLabel {padding: 3px 5px; border: 1px solid #ccc;}
    .publicControls a.MultiQuoteControl span.symbol {padding: 3px 5px; border: 1px solid #ccc;}
    .publicControls a.ReplyQuote {padding: 3px 5px 2px 5px; border: 1px solid #ccc; margin: -4px 0px 0px 10px;}

    Thanks for that information. But the white space is now collapsed when someone decides not to see the ads.
    This is both on the laptop/computers and phone versions. Below shows how it looks with no ads.

    No ads anymore. But I still have white space on my iPad.
    Can't seem to post a screen shot anymore.

    Got rid of that white space where the ads were. I fixed it in preferences by choosing "block sidebar from appearing".

    Can you do a reboot? Can you post an image via the Upload A File button?

    image.png Ok, I found the "upload a file " at lower right of this box.
    Click photo library to find a screen shot, then "done".

    Noticed HBA now has a spiffy wrench icon on the tab. Thanks!

    I can't login with Firefox because it says cookies must be enabled, they are enabled. And when I login with Opera I still get ads. Ads that take up almost as much room as the content.

    ...I'm going to bed before I start using my golf language ;/

    I just logged out and then back in, no issues. Maybe I'm just lucky. Firefox, Win 10.
    FWIW, All the old tables inside posts that were made with vB4 remain scrambled. I guess Xenofro won't/can't be made to recognize the formatting codes.

    Yes, we got that enabled last evening. Nice to see that it was seen and notice favorably.

    Please give me a link to a post where they are still scrambled. We will need to have a look to see if anything can be done en mass or by editing.
