As to not derail my groundspeed thread I thought I would post this or ask if this thread was already made and if someone could link it to me. My question though was: If I am flying along and notice I am hitting some up and down drafts I would think it wouldn't be a good idea to land because of the rotors… Is turning to the side a good idea? If I am in a tailwind that is causing the waves would it be a good idea to make a 360 out? Any thoughts? Thanks.
