I was informed that there was a possible "mixed metal corrosion problem" with monel rivets in aluminum. I did find a reference about boats but none about aircraft.

I also checked MIL-HDBK-5K & Cherry install manual and did not find a reference as regards limitations of my CR3523 or NAS9307M that I am using.

If anyone knows of "Aircraft" limitations of Monel Aircraft Rivets in Aluminum please respond.
