With 10.7-1 compression pistons, will 91 Octane gas be safe to burn, without detonation and/or preignition issues?

There is a retailer 40 minutes north of us the sells 91 E0 gas. If we can burn this in the LS3, this might be the ticket.

There are a couple of people on this forum that claim to burn 91, just wonder what type of engine, and what the compression ratio is.
