Hi Guys,

I am investigating and sifting through the various info packs and tidbits on getting kit panes legal to be sold from a manufacturers point of view, primarily in the North American market and was wondering if anyone can help throw light onto the process especially from practical experience?

Simply put;

I have a plane

I want to sell it in kit form for 51% homebuilt construction

What to do to legally sell such a kit in North American markets (interested to hear from other markets as well!)

Any input is appreciated and the sooner I can get planes and engines to market the better it will be for all of us as the market gets shaken up and hopefully prices move down.
