Somehow came across this plane and tried to find infos about the brand and designer without much success. Not sure if it ever went into production. The one in the picture was build in 1978. Found the design extremely well made. Or is it based on some other existing design and builder just gave it it's own name? Anyone know more about it?

It appears that several RV-3s have been made with this style of turtledeck. Google search for "vans rv-3 fastback" turned up some discussion, including that parts for the Harmon Rocket can be used for this purpose.

I have a friend that use to have an RV-3 with a razorback canopy. His wife had a regular canopy RV-3 and although it was a nicer airplane, it wasn’t as cool. They did not build either.
