Local crash of Beech Kingair E-90 this morning on an approach at KPKB. The crash was just about 1/2 mile from the Ohio River bank on the Ohio side of the river. There is a VOR and a Rnav approach to runway 21. Guessing they were using the Rnav approach. Crash was just short of Marll ( 1860'). 3 miles from runway 21.
