I'm about to start on a homebuilding project with an E-LSA.
There is a lot of water around here and the thought of floats entered my head.
However, I don't think dedicated floats would be a good idea because I wouldn't have a secure place to keep the airplane.
It seems that amphibious floats would be the answer, so I could operate from an airport, but put it down on a lake if I feel like it.
Does anybody know of sources of such floats? Thanks.
