Hello everyone,
I've been lurking here for some time while dreaming of ultralights and planning my approach. It looks like a great forum and I've learned a lot. Hopefully I can one day return a little knowledge but right now I'm mostly on the receiving end and very appreciative for all that you share.

My question is this: If a sub 254 lb legal ultralight has been N numbered, is it legal to fly without a license?

Thanks!
Randy
