Jabiru 2200a running rotec fuel injector

Hello out there,
Anybody running the combo?

I live and fly in Montana, and we get carb ice all the time

Any feed back out there with carb ice
With this set up?

IMHO The Rotec Fuel Injector Aero& similar are really Slide Carburators all derived from the original Posi slide carb. While they don't have a "venturi" as such you still wind up with an expansion cooling behind the slide at less that full throttle & cooling in the intake system from the fuel evaporating. Having learned to fly & flown in the Rocky Mountain area I'd put on a good carb heat system just in case.
