Hey All, I have a question about flying a small 2 seat plane. I am aware that you don't need a license for a microlight craft, but what about the ones with 2 seats and are above the weight limit? What happens if you get caught? I have followed laws all my life, but I used to fly with my cousin's small 2 seat airplane around his farm. I know how to fly a small airplane. Now that my job and life has settled down, I want a small craft to fly around my grandson. How likely is it that I would get caught, and what would be the charge?
Thanks, God Bless.
