As of today, there are at least 16 flying aircraft which are powered by a Mazda rotary engine.

Half of them are various models of Van's RVs, all powered by 13B engines, one is turbo-charged.
There are two Velocity aircraft powered by 20Bs.
Two COZY MkIV, both 13B series with turbo-charging.
A Long-EZ
A Coot
A Dyke Delta
and a Falconar F12B

There are at least a half dozen others that are close to flying; they are past the "first start" point; some are undergoing taxi testing.
