New to aviation. After some life events, I find myself with some extra time and a lot less money. So what better to put on my bucket list but to build and fly an ultralight. I want to stay within 103 rules. I bought plans for a Zing. Has anyone built one of these? Specs show the stall speed too high. Can anything be done to reduce that without serious alterations to plans?
