I'd rather assemble than build

I'm looking for recommendations on which kit is more oriented to assembly than construction per se. In my perfect world, the kit comes with everything but gas, oil, and air for the tires and all the pieces snap together. What kit comes closet to that ideal?

Not necessarily interested in a quick build option but a proven system (kit, panel, engine, prop, interior, etc.) that all goes together somewhat seamlessly. I'm not looking to tweak or modify anything nor do I need to customize. Obviously, my attitude isn't consistent with the advantage of building but I'm happy with replicating.

Thanks for any and all replies!
