    =SB-13 have big sweep angle (>20 deg.) and mane constructive and handling problems.

    -iff compare with BEKAS-N ???

    You don't fight them! That is how they get started in the first place.

    I am no expert in this, and have never experienced them, but am going just by what I have read. They can be a problem with any aircraft design type but are more of a problem with tailless.

    There are things that can be done in the design to reduce, or even eliminate the PIO. It involves making the natural frequencies of the oscillations low enough that the pilot subconsciously compensates, and that the damping factor is large enough
