I would like to use honeycomb aluminum to build the Bearhawk lsa fuselage in an attempt to lighten it up. Reducing the gross down to 1320.
Would you guys be willing to give your thoughts? Is this a valid idea? How would you go about it?
Honeycomb construction can be done with a router, and I suspect quite a few folks would be interested in this method.
