Hi I am Z and I live in Utah. I am trying to educate myself on homebuilts and flying in general right now. I will be honest the KR2/s caught my eye as well as the Cessna 150 for non homebuilts. I don't want to get myself killed so I am trying to research my options. It seems like the KR2-S improved the pitch stability. The main thing for me is range. If there are better bangs for the buck while keeping safety in mind I am game. When I do get everything sorted out I plan to mostly fly in the West/Intermountain West, but would like to eventually fly cross country and maybe with some luck to Canada. I just don't want to be a dumb noob and want to learn as much as I can before I dive in. Thanks!
