I guess I'm the new kid on the block.I've been an old airplane buff all my life which started way before I joined the Air Force way back when. I've helped lots of buddies build thier planes but never built one of my own. I love building things and it was a choice between aircraft or cars. Cars being more affordable and something that would be also used daily was my choice. I was surprised that I didn't hear of your group earlier but better late than never. I'm very fortunate to be close to the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in New York State which has many planes from the WW 1 era and barnstorming days and they fly and put on shows weekly.
