Hmm.... Where to start?
I started working as an "apprentice" on Piper Pawnee Ag spray planes in the early 80's.
My first homebuilt aircraft magazine I ever bought was a rag called "Hot Kits and Homebuilts"... some 1982 issue... Maybe march '82? I still remember the cover.
First homebuilt I ever worked on: Volksplane VP-1 around 1986 or so.
First PIC "stick time": N2420J ; 1966 Cessna 150G
First homebuilt I ever completed: Avid flyer
Most fun job I have ever had: Working for Fisher Flying Products (FFP) in Edgeley, ND
Nicest homebuilt I ever built: N280ST (RS-80 Tiger moth, 4130 steel fuselage, LOM 132 engine)
Current project: Steel tube version (1 of 1) Fisher Dakota Hawk, Lycoming O-290-D & Warp Drive prop
Current job: F-35 JSF Quality Inspection, Lockheed Martin Aero, Fort Worth
