In about a year, I will be looking at having a hanger/pole barn built on my property behind my house.

It will need to be in the general size of 40ft wide, and 60 ft deep. I like the traditional "hanger"/upside-down "U" style, and was told once that it will be much cheeper than a building that looks more like a traditional steel building. (I will need the large door to be able to fit in a 36' wingspan aircraft).

My question is, I have no idea how much it will cost. Besides the basic size, I will also want a concrete poured floor, electricity, and plumbing, as well as insulation inside the building, all built in Indiana.

I have hoped I could attain all this in the price range of $25,000-$35,000, but have no idea. I am hoping that the current state of the economy would make this cheeper to build than it would a few years ago, but I have no idea.

Does anyone out there have a good idea on how much this project should cost?
