Hi

I've done lot of search and a point that still very not clear is : How do i install a Fuel sender unit into a Polyethylene tank.
It's a wing tank model, same material as some fuel chair used in small ULM.

I was thinking to go with a Princeton capacitive gauge unit or a Falcon..
PRINCETON CAPACITANCE FUEL PROBES from Aircraft Spruce
I know they ship with a gasket seal... But how ? With a kind of small clamp i put the screw into the tank, passing by the fuel cap and screw them outside..? I don't have idea. If it was in metal, i just put AN fitting/metal ring and proseal.. but on fiberglass of 2mm..

All's will be install on the side of the tank.

Thanks a lot for the info.
