My Falconer plans and also other Flea plans have the thrust line of the engine at 10 cm. above the upper fuselage longeron. I would prefer to have it at the upper longeron, 10 cm below the suggested location for cowling esthetics. What is the downside to doing this and should I just live with a less attractive cowling ?
