This isn't REALLY flying related, but kinda...

Well, as most of you know... I got this puppy:

He came from a little grass strip in New Hampshire. The kennel name is "Propwash". They have an 1,800' grass strip and a bunch of dogs. The kind of place I like to be at.

Well anyways, today I visited another EAA Chapter's shindig and brought the little goober with me. There were LOTS of dogs there, but from across the way I see a woman with another Aussie asking me where he came from. I walked over to her and chatted for a bit. Turns out her 12 year old Aussie came from Propwash too! My little dog's older brother in the flesh! Small world, huh? Well here is where it gets strange. I have never talked with anyone before whom had a Propwash dog and this day she had to put her beloved dog to sleep as he was riddled with tumors. The dogs played together for the day and had a great time! I suspect that old dog is no longer with us. I am sure he had a wonderful life. Rest in peace, Mickey.
