Trying to find out if anyone has had any success resurfacing their exhast port without having to removed the cylinders and sending them to a machine shop. I'm going to use a pheu-port resurfacing grinder. The engine has twice been fixed (patched) for exhaust leaks in the last 4 services. I've only had the plane for 2 monthes. All of the ports have two gaskets, I don't want to patch it again, I want it fixed right.
I'm just looking for some feedback on success rate.
Don
