Excellent Articles on Fuel Systems
Here are a couple of articles you may find interesting. The first one is about re-circulating fuel systems. This one was interesting because it explains some issues that some builders have about where they plum their fuel return lines. It also gives some good tips for avoiding bubbles from entering the throttle body. The second article is a comprehensive primer on Homebuilt fuel systems with do's and don’ts. The third is an in depth look at fuel tanks and vents. It's geared towards the Glasair but it has a lot of great info. They are all written by Lyle Powell over at Ellison Fluid Systems.
