What do you all think of stuff like this? Death trap?

I was thinking that with such a light weight, perhaps a ballistic parachute could be reasonably safe, if you had enough altitude.

And if you were flying low-and-slow, then perhaps maybe airbags could save your life, even if the ballistic parachute couldn't do anything much.

But if you were flying low and fast, then it's curtains for you.

In principle, self-driving vehicles should be easier to do this way, than for a regular road vehicle -- as long as they can detect and avoid birds.

I also think that each Airspeeder eVTOL should be equipped with some kind of tracking transponder, so that you can be rigorously monitored for straying out of allowed flight spaces. Otherwise, I could see machines like these being abused and flown willy-nilly all over the place, endangering others.
