The Fly Henry Fly Meter does seem to be in production and Glidersports has them in stock in the USA. Depending on the senders you use, Fly Meter offers digital RPM, oil or water temp, oil or fuel pressure, 4 CHT or EGT, fuel level, fuel flow, and a voltage reading. There is no external alarm or data output, just a flashing backlight for alarm conditions. I find the display a little “meh” but I suppose a custom decal on the face could liven it up.

You can monitor every engine component with mechanical gauges right now, but if you have an ECU then you may be able to use the CAN bus to talk to it and display whatever values you have the proper addresses for. Mega Squirt has a CAN bus but only Megasquirt seems to have published docs on how to create your own monitor.

You can also use CAN to set values (like timing) but the ECU is better at that than you are.
