Hello,

in Europe (France/Germany/Italy) we have something similar to your Part 103. But in contrast to the 103 the only requirement in Europe is that it has less than 120kg (~265lbs)

What Plane that is easy to build, safe, and with low costs (both building and maintaining, so if at all possible I would prefer 4-stroke, gas is expensive over here!) would you suggest?

Thank you
Daniel

EDIT: Would be low and slow, I am also happy with open "flying lawnchair" designs.
