I bought this EarthX ETX12A, a LiFePO4 battery, expecting it to be a 12 Ah battery, only to find that it is a 12 "EqAh" battery, which is a made up number for marketing purposes with no bearing on reality which nearly every LiFePO4 battery vendor uses in their marketing. This is a 4 Ah battery.
While this is fine if you are using it with an alternator or for really short flights, I am planning a (mostly) total loss electrical system, and do not want a 4 Ah battery.
This battery has been taken out of the box once, looked at, and placed back into the box. It has not been hooked up or used in any way, and was purchased in October.
I paid $169 + shipping, will sell for $125, including UPS shipping to the lower 48. AK/HI might need to split shipping costs, I haven't checked costs recently. Will not send via USPS due to crazy delivery times lately, and will not ship internationally. Located in Louisville, KY.
