You can probably get that out ok. It will not be flawless but it should be ok. Hot glue PDR along the crease. Warm up with a heat gun first. I would probably do the same at the bulkhead.

Even after carefully knocking the dent out you will still have creases showing in the skin. The former/frame that is bent would need a close inspection. I assume this is the damage referenced in the original post.

I question the edge distance on the bulkhead flanges. It is just an optical illusion or is there 2D from that bend?

There is no requirement for rivets to be 2D from bends, just 2D from the edge. As long as you don't come through the radius of the bend and have 2D from the edge you are good.
