I am looking for a set of Davis DA-2A/B plans. I would prefer the book only at this time but will consider the book and plans if you have them.

There is a Yahoo group for the Davis DA-2. You can download the plans for free there.
True but the scale on the printouts will not be accurate. It appears that the plans online do not have the dimensions for the 2B, only 2A and are missing about 4 pages.

They used to be in the files section. Maybe they took them down.
Looks like someone may have taken the rights to the Davis, and is now selling anything to do with them.

Darn Capitalists, I must speak to my Comrades about this.

That would be worth its own thread!
Do it and ivite me. I have opened too much thread already.

But yes, it would make good to kind of design for pre cured cutted composite panels with some cnc flat cutting for joining.

Sorry for offtopic.

Kind of inspirational of davis da-2

From here http://www.aeroandtech.com/discover-nexth/
Did they wake up and think: We'll build a plane in a pointless manner, and make it as hard as possible for ourselves.

The frame is a nightmare, and what's the point of black aluminium if you're going to use rivets everywhere, and indeed, why a frame at all if black aluminium.

I so don't get it.
