I am a fan of the Davis DA 2 design, but it comes up a bit short on stall speed to meet LSA. Would making the wing span 24-48" (add a bay) wider be enough to bring the stall speed down? What mods would the spar require? Would the tail volume become too small? Looking for comments because I'm afraid I will overlook something important in my figures since I'm not an aero engineer.
