Hello all, I am looking to build a dar 120 type ultralight, single place pod and boom style aircraft design, I was wondering where I could find some decent material on designing the wing structure, ie wing rib spacing, rivet spacing, and calculating the forces and factors of safety on the main spar. The wing would be aluminium and riveted. A composite tail and fuselage tube would also be in the design.

Any links or references to rules of thumb would be greatly appreciated, the design will be Cnc friendly as I have access to a full workshop, cheers Alex
