Hi folks from a fluid mechanical perspective what is the best method for inserting a crankcase ventilation probe into the exhaust stream. I see some weird and wonderful forward facing slots and angled entries with slant cut offs but wouldn't a probe really want to be like a hollow wing with no wing tips?

Then there is the slot forward idea
