The seller claims good condition and all paperwork present ,last time i saw that on craigslist was offered for 7500$ in annual ready to fly away ,before 5000$ as is

Thats close to home so I may run out to see what props he has as I will need one for the skylite. May buy the 277 if its in good shape.

Not , "Had" ; but Have . :)
I just purchased an Atos , as a reward for surviving corona ; but
i'm sure i'd have a Blast ,with that Fisher 202 !! I'm so addicted to
flying, that i could really care less what i fly ; it's the making money
part i object to , because it cuts into my flying time. :(

That's one of things that just screams at me to buy. My wife would do a little screaming too. How many of you saw the Cherokee II a few years ago at Tehachapi? With the translucent covering, it was a work of art!
