Hi guys on a cozy and long ez the canard is not blended into the fuselage doesn't this create a lot of drag? could you make the elevator wider and shorter so that you can put a faring on the canard tight against the body? would it be worth it?
Another thought i had was what if you made the canard to trim down after a certain speed instead of the elevator so you dont have the trim drag and you wont be close to stall?
