I thought I'd revive this forum in the hopes of shaking loose some info on the fate of any local Corvairs.
I've looked at many different power sources for my KR project, and I have settled on a Corvair as the engine of choice.
If I can, I'd prefer to try to find one locally, i.e. in Australia. I'm not fussy about it's condition, as long as it is salvagable, I can rebuild it.
If anyone has any other info to share on these engines, I'd be happy to hear about it too! :D
