Considering a float section like this one, what are good core materials for a skin sandwich? At least one piece of material would have to bend or be carved to a 3 1/8" radius on this the thickest (widest) section, the radius is reduced to approximately 1 7/8" at the heel or aft section and of course is faired into a compound curve in the bow section, this could be different material than the rest of the core which has quite a reduced radius from the outer section of the keel which incorporates the spray rail as well.
