Just curious if anyone has any pictures, or a description, of what they've used or seen to hinge control surfaces. Specifically, the attachment of the hinges in my application would be to aluminum tubes of .058" wall thickness. I posted a thread on "sheet metal" about welding 6061-T6 regarding an idea I had thought of using to hinge ailerons, elevator and rudder.
