Hi everyone

If I have to talk about planes I'm totaly yardbird men. Thats I have to ask for tolerace for my naive and dummy questions.
I have a lot experience in car engineering but ultralights is completely new area for me.

I was looking for informations about home built ultralights, and I found 2 (I think suitable for me) designs:

-Rutan VariEze - fast two seated plane with great range, who will give a lot fun in fly.

-unknow for me construction - but is very practical: two seats, option for landing on the water. Maby somebody know what kind of construction it is, and where I can wind any information about it.
(it can be see on this link: File:Ultralight aircraft - AirExpo Muret 2007 0128 2007-05-12.jpg - Wikimedia Commons ).

Budget: my budget is tight, I'm skilled guy so almost every job I will do by myself. But of course every tip nice to see.
